Where do I pay for a gift card?
Gift Cards are accepted at our online store and almost all Lippupalvelu stores (store-specific exceptions are possible). Gift cards are not currently accepted at R-kiosks and telephone services.
Where can I buy gift vouchers?
You can buy tickets and gift cards online or at Finnish R-kiosks.
Does the gift card need activating?
No, it doesn't. The gift card is activated when you get it.
Where can I check the balance on a gift card?
You can check the balance using the online ticket service.
What do I do if the gift card is lost / stolen?
Lost or stolen cards can not be replaced.
What is the expiration date?
Ticket service voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
