Purchase Policy
Check your ticket! Paid tickets can neither be returned nor refunded. Lippupalvelu is acting only as an agent for the event organizer and is not responsible for the performance, quality or content of the event. Lippupalvelu is also not liable to pay any compensation for any damage resulting from the cancellation of the event or the quality or content of the event.
In addition to the price of the ticket, you will pay a service fee and the delivery costs. You will find the amounts from the valid price-list.
Bottles, cans, video/taperecorders, cameras, dangerous articles and substances are prohibited at events. If you buy a special-priced ticket (e.g. student, senior citizen) be prepared to prove your right to it at the entrance of the event.
As volume levels at events may exceed acceptable levels, we recommend using ear plugs.
Resale of tickets is forbidden without a written agreement with Lippupalvelu. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Service and distribution fees are not included in any refunds.
